The view was beautiful.

The customer service was extremely poor during my stay. I called the concierge multiple times for assistance and received no response until I went to the front desk. Furthermore, my shower took ages to warm up, and the bathroom had an awful smell. Overall, I had a frustrating experience that ruined my stay.

i had an amazing stay at fairmont. the premier room with a sea view was simply awesome. the location is great for exploring, and the concierge, especially ehab, helped with everything. plus, the breakfast was nice, although a few more options would be ideal. overall, it felt like a perfect vacation!

The highlight of my stay was the stunning views from my Premier Room with Sea View and the incredible service provided by the staff. They greeted me with warmth and went out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious feel of the room and the breathtaking view at sunset. However, the air conditioning could use improvement, as the room never quite cooled down.

The room was incredibly wonderful with a walk-in shower and a high-tech sound system that made my stay feel luxurious. I spent my downtime enjoying the sauna and heated swimming pool, which were perfect for relaxation. A small issue was the unclear directions to the entrance, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

The room was modern and clean with an amazing sea view which totally made the trip worth it. I particularly loved the little notes left by the housekeeping team after turndown service, it felt personal and thoughtful.

The Fairmont Doha had beautifully decorated spaces, making me feel very welcomed. The common areas were spacious and easily accessible for seniors, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy my stay without any hassle.

The hotel is stunning with its modern design and impressive amenities, truly a visually spectacular experience. However, the breakfast service left much to be desired, with a lack of trained staff and delayed orders. Still, visiting Masala Library was a highlight of the stay.
